Managon’s business idea is to deliver consultancy services based on the most popular MicroFocus (formerly HP/HPE) ITOM Software in the marketplace.

Managon has no own sales force, and there provides much of its services as a subcontractor to bigger partners in Sweden and the rest of Scandinavia.

Managon has previously obtained the Hewlett-Packard Accredited Integration Specialist (AIS) certification within both "BTO Network Services" and "BTO Systems and Servers". Managon has also obtained the HP Certified Instructor (HPCI) award. For many years Managon's consultant was even hired as an Instructor for the majority of HP's own NNM/NNMi and HPOM/Windows classes in Sweden and Norway.
